Our Purpose
At Swabhiman Rural Development Society (R), Kalakeri, our core purpose is to drive sustainable and meaningful change in rural communities by identifying and addressing the most pressing needs of the people we serve. We are dedicated to building a society where every individual—regardless of background, caste, gender or financial status—has equal access to opportunities and lives a life of dignity.
Our efforts focus on the upliftment of socially and economically disadvantaged communities through a wide range of development programs. We firmly believe that empowering people through knowledge, training and participation leads to self-reliance and long-term transformation.
Social and Community Awareness Programs
We conduct campaigns and workshops to raise awareness about health, hygiene, legal rights, civic participation and social responsibilities. These initiatives help rural communities become more informed and proactive in their own development.
Women’s Empowerment and Development
We empower women through Self-Help Groups (SHGs), vocational training, financial literacy and leadership development. Our aim is to make women confident contributors to their families and society.
